School Uniform

Aldinga Beach Primary School students wear our colours with pride — bottle green and black, with maroon and white accents.
Wearing a consistent uniform helps with safety, belonging, and creating a calm, equitable learning environment.

Uniform Shop

Our on-site Uniform Shop is open every Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30–9:00am.

Priced Items

- Official Logo Polo (bottle green) – $40.00
  Every student should have at least one for school photos, excursions, and special events.
- Official School Jumper (logo) – $55.00
  Warm, everyday layer for cooler months.
- Official Soft-Shell Jacket (logo) – $79.00
  Weather-resistant outer layer; remove indoors when asked.
- Reversible Bucket Hat (house colours) – $15.00
  Required in Terms 1, 3 (from 1 September), and 4.

Other Approved Items (available from retail stores or second-hand)

- Plain black bottoms: shorts (mid-thigh to knee), trousers/track pants, leggings, skirts/skorts (black stockings optional)
- Bottle green checked dress (retail purchase) – bike shorts/stockings may be worn underneath
- Plain black or white socks; sneakers or black school shoes (closed-toe)
- Hair accessories in school colours (green/maroon/black/white); long hair tied back for safety
- Watches allowed (no smart watches); earrings limited to small studs or sleepers

Dress Code

Phase-Out (End of 2025)

From the start of 2026, the following items will no longer be permitted:

- All earlier/legacy uniform items from prior designs (including older logos) – many are not currently permitted.
- Maroon official logo polo shirts
- Maroon & green non-school hats

We support affordability through second-hand uniform access (buy/swap/sell and donations to the uniform shop).

Out of Uniform?

- Short-term: Please notify your child’s teacher that morning.
- Hardship or ongoing needs: Contact school leadership to discuss support.
- Repeated non-compliance will be followed up in line with our Uniform Policy.
